This is mandatory for ALL new clients! 


Join us for a personalized discussion about your fitness and health aspirations! In this introductory call, we’ll dive deep into your unique goals, challenges, and motivations. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve your endurance, or simply adopt healthier habits, this session will also include insights on our 7-day challenge and how it complements our hybrid workout program. Additionally, we'll discuss options for online training and personal training to help you clarify your objectives and create a roadmap to achieve them.

This hybrid workout program includes a monthly weight-training plan alongside scheduled steady-state cardio and HIIT days. As part of our online training, you’ll also benefit from a fitness assessment and receive a recommended meal plan, along with required weekly check-ins for program adjustments. 


Billing and access: The program renews automatically every 4 weeks. You may cancel anytime; however, once your monthly program has been uploaded, refunds are not available. After cancellation, you’ll retain access to the app until the current program period ends but will not be charged for subsequent months. Additionally, you can participate in a 7-day challenge to kickstart your personal training journey.

Perfect for busy schedules — choose between home dumbbell workouts or full-gym sessions as part of our hybrid workout program. This 4-week plan includes four full-body workouts per week that blend strength and cardio for efficient, balanced progress. Each session features compound lifts, accessory strength work, and short, effective cardio bursts, ensuring you achieve muscle building and conditioning in one. If you're looking for a fitness assessment, this program is designed for all levels with scalable options.

After completing the challenge, if you enjoyed the experience, you can opt to continue with our hybrid workout program by purchasing the challenge for just $20 on day 7. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive fitness assessment and online training options to support your goals.
